We often find when we ask new clients what internal communications channels they’re currently using, there are two stock answers – intranet and publication.

When we hear this, we believe two things are happening. First is that they are in fact using other channels, but don’t realise those channels fall under the internal communications umbrella. Secondly, they haven’t yet been introduced to the full scope of possible channels they could be using.
