Objective
RCUK Shared Services Centre (SSC) delivers the highest levels of service to the UK’s seven
research councils, and is committed to providing world class support for world class research.
Our help was enlisted to review and refresh its brand identity, and to ensure effective communication of the changes to all levels of staff.
Approach
We capitalised on a recent move by the SSC to new offices, and positioned our branding work as part of ‘a new beginning’ for the company.
We developed a strong and consistent look and feel for the brand. This was then introduced to staff through the creation of a new culture and values piece, one which we ensured the staff could be proud of.
We provided strategic input on an internal communications strategy, and advised on channel selection.
We continue to work with SSC to support and constantly review all internal communications.
Results
Our creative concepts have subsequently been applied to recruitment advertising, with equal success.
